The problem is there is no effective means of punishing most judges. The only option for most is impeachment which requires a 2/3rds vote…which will never happen. Since they can’t be punished they have no reason to curb their partisan acts.
The other tool available apparently is to defund that judge and their aids. AND the administration can ignore them.
