I think Rep. Grayson is referring to the AR-14‘s capabilities. People get the government they deserve.

Yes, he probably IS conflating with the AR-14 … a belt-fed bolt-action flintlock having a user-selectable rate of fire from 2 to 900 rounds per minute. It fires the Terrible Tumbler … that inhumane Vietnam-era bullet that begins to tumble erratically immediately upon exit from the rifle’s muzzle, and causes wounding so massive that a hit on a man’s fingertip can take off his entire arm.

Yup … that’s the one.

Lucky for the people at the Pulse in Orlando, Mateen did NOT have a weapon that shot those tumbling bullets.
That’s why one patron who was hit four times … still survived to be interviewed by Foxnews.
