Albinos hunted so body parts can be sold to witch doctors

Cassim Jaffalie, 3, is seen with his friends at their family home on May, 23, 2016, in Machinga, about 200 kilometers north east of Blantyre Malawi. His father, Razik Jaffalie, gave up his work as a bicycle taxi operator to protect his son in a country where there has been an increase in albinism attacks. At least 18 Albino people have been killed in Malawi in a “steep upsurge in killings” since November 2014, and five others have been abducted and remain missing, a new Amnesty International report released Tuesday, June 7, 2016 says.

She is haunted daily by the image of the decapitated head of her 9-year-old son. Police asked Edna Cedrick to identify it after the boy, who had albinism, was snatched from her arms in a violent struggle.

The death in February was one in a recent surge in killings and abductions of people with albinism in this southern African country. They are targeted for their body parts, which are sold to be used in potions made by witch doctors who claim they bring wealth and good luck.

At least 18 albino people have been killed in Malawi in a “steep upsurge in killings” since November 2014, and five others have been abducted and remain missing, according to a new Amnesty International report released Tuesday. The toll is likely much higher because many killings in rural areas are never reported, according to the report. Malawi police also have recorded cases where the bodies of people with albinism have been illegally exhumed.

Malawian police say the growing violence comes after neighboring Tanzania imposed tough measures against such trade in January 2015. The United Nations has reported several killings of albinos in Burundi in recent years as well.

Just a thought, but for those shocked at this and wonder how a society could let this happen. Think about all the babies being aborted everyday here in the US for body parts.

I have two comments.
(1) These are some of the harmful, tribal, ritualistic actions that education and prosperity change. Africa and its inhabitants have been raped and held back by cruel black and Arab leaders put in place by hundreds of years of colonialism.

(2) The albino human is a stark example of humans treating each other horrificly due to changes in genetic structure. Also very clear in this argument of race, black peoples can beget white peoples. An albino human isn’t like a mule. This human very much like Esau and Javob in the bible, states that Esau was red and hairy.

I think they are what they are because they choose to be it. They rejected Jesus and chose to live like the demons they worship.

1) Can you explain other areas of the world where people of african decent rule. Say like Haiti or Detroit? They blame should fall on them for each individual for their bad choices.

2) I agree. We are all human and we should treat all people in the way Jesus would want us to treat them.
