I wonder if this is going in in a previously declared FEMA detention site? Interesting anyway and a good idea. I have long held that the best way to invoke a massive wave of invader self deportations is to put anyone they catch into a camp in the Nevada desert. You can beat most of the court injunctions by having them on hand in the country awaiting due process.
If we had a Congress that was of any use, they would pass legislation that any felony committed by an illegal invader is a federal crime. Any deaths resulting from Invader crime are federal death penalty eligible. Those convicted of non death penalty crimes get to serve the 30 years in the desert prison BEFORE they are deported.
That should get them moving.
