The only way Trump could “Fail to Concede” would be to Call the Election Illegitimate and call for a Rebellion against the ‘deep state bureaucracy’ i.e. the Corporate State in Washington, D.C. (which is NOT a part of the Republic- it is a sovereign entity )

If he does Not do this, the bureaucracy will Remove Him, by Force if needed, and then it will be too late to have an effective Rebellion.
