I really doubt you can make it very long in any city, once the SHTF, even if there are no nukes, check out the conditions in Kosovo, during the NATO liberation! If you could survive there, would you want your family to?

You can’t have your cake and eat it too, I am not sure of the logic in that statement; however the point is that you can’t have it both ways. You can have all the wealth and convenience in the city, but if it fails you do too.

If you would like to eat in the future, you will likely need a garden and a shot gun!

Duke, You are right, but surly you are not in the city, but the lovely up state area? Or may be a transplant?
