I use Think or Swim to access my (TDA, now) Schwab account, and desktop is working, but mobile has been down all day.
Haven’t tried using the website, but I reckon you can place orders there.

Fidelity up and running, still makes me sad to see how much I’ve lost.

We take out extra cash at the end of the month and buy a roll of pre-1964 dimes or quarters. Then, we put them into a clean mayonnaise jar and bury the jar in the back yard. On alternate months, we check our larder, water supply and inventory other needful commodities. After I took a 14K bath (on paper) in 2008, I got the hell out of the Big Casino. Life is a vale of tears. Bleib ubrig.
