Panels are made in Waco Texas by Armorcore (www.ArmorCore.com). They make bullet resistant fiberglass panels for many uses. An improvised use would be ballistic panels to protect humans if regular armor plates are not available. The company does not recommend this or design this product for this use so no warranty and user accepts all liability for improper use. Could also be used to armor vehicles. For educational use only: don’t try at home.
