Got the flu 3 years in a row. Real bad. So I got the flu shot for 15 years. No flu. The VA said I was old so they gave me a double dose of flu shot. I can’t eat eggs any more. The shots are cultured in eggs. Bad reaction. No eggs for 4 years. The other day a friend brought me eggs from the country. No chemicals or drugs. I was able to eat them without side effects. I take vitamin D3 instead of flu shots or Covid shots. I don’t get flu. I never had Covid. My opinion of big pharma is not good. Build up your immune system.

Try adding Andrographis from your health store or vitamin supplements source. My doctor has taken it just during the flu and cold season for three years and not gotten sick.
