Some morons don’t understand that a lot of items have a “USEFUL LIFE SPAN”. Especially flexible items made of rubber or similar material. How old are those speed strips. How often are they carried….and under what conditions does he carry them. They were never intended to last forever. It’s why you should INSPECT and REPLACE equipment as necessary, BEFORE it becomes problematic.
