Ok,
Let’s review a few things here:
There is no “Biden Administration.”
The Municipal United States bankruptcy closed out on November 5th, 2020. So even if you accept that the Municipal citizens had a popularity contest and “affirmed” Biden as the President of “The United States, Inc.,” that corporation went defunct two days after the “election.”
Meaning that Biden has no contract to provide services outside of DC. He can issue “Executive Orders” that must be followed by the employees of the “Government Services Corporation” he is titular head of. There can be no “assumption of contract,” since we declined to accept the fraud. And that’s it.
Game over.
Nothing that spews from his demented lips have anything approaching “the force of law.”
If you don’t work for the Federal Civil Service, and are not “resident” within “United States” (explicitly defined as “The District of Columbia”), then any “Executive Orders,” or “Proposed Rule Changes” promulgated by subcontractor Municipal Agencies are just so much farting in the wind. Ignore them. Laugh at them. For cripes sake, stop acting like they have the weight of Public Law.
If you don’t work for any Executive department of the Territorial or Municipal “United States Corporations,” it is the same as if the CEO of Burger King issued an “Executive Order” and expected you to follow it.
Would you? If yes, carry on.
But otherwise…
Be not like dumb driven cattle. Realize who they are (not our government, just a bankrupt, defunct, no-contract corporation no different from Wal-Mart), and get back to living your own lives.
That’s all well and good from a “legal theory” standpoint, yet if you do Anything to Refuse to Obey the ‘government’, they will Imprison or Kill You.
These kind of cute little ‘legalistic fantasies’ have Absolutely No Influence on the Criminal Fraud (jew-ish) Corporation doing business as the “united states government”.
There is nothing “theoretical” about this.
And we don’t deal in “legal theories.” We deal in Lawful actions.
I realize most people are coming into this cold. We have already:
Re-established our Peacekeeping offices (Continental Marshals, Soil Jurisdiction Sheriffs, and Civilian Defense Forces). They are up and functioning. There will be no “killing or arresting” our State Nationals or State Citizens by the private foreign mercenary “agencies,” since they are at the top of the food chain.
Established a blockchain International Land Recording System for credentials, allowing Americans (and actual living people all over the world) to Lawfully publish documents.
Established valid, State Credentials (rather than “I.D.” which is for incorporated things and property).
Begun establishing actual -American- gun stores, rather than foreign “FFLs” for Americans to purchase Arms without having to ask permission to “borrow firearms” from foreign, for-profit corporations (these same corporations end up having legal ownership interest in these “firearms”).
Begun re-establishing our actual Land-jurisdiction courts, pursuant to Ex-Parte Miligan 1866, which stipulates that all foreign “Military and Religous (“Parish”/District) courts must stand down, pack up, and leave.
Established our Mercantile Bank, The American States and Nations Bank, which provides a safe place for Americans to transact their private business without fear of their assets being “appropriated” by the foreign IRS and Internal Revenue Service.
Established all 50 State Assemblies, which are actively dealing with the long-standing need to re-construct our American Government.
This has all been accomplished. Oh, and:
Ensuring that Americans are able to enforce their proper Tax Exempt (actually Tax-Prepaid) status.
Ensuring Americans get all the fictional “debts” they never owed offset through the Sign In American Program.
Ensuring Americans can exercise -all- of their guarantees under the Bills of Rights of all three Constitutions.
Nothing “theoretical” about any of that, hey?
But I guess it begs the question: what are -you- doing/have done, except pontificating that “it’s all theoretical?”
Either pick up a shovel, correct your status, and lend a hand, or go back to being a U.S. Citizen (and stop complaining that things are bad).
If you don’t self-govern, you will get all the government you never wanted forced on you, and be made to pay for it to boot.
