Blade Show 2021 What we came home with and why

The khukuri is excellent all purpose blade. I have several from Nepal and other places. Some I’ve given to family and friends. That and the Japanese and Chinese style blades are very effective tools for defense. I don’t even know how many blades I’ve collected and or given to many people. But there is something you should know about blades. Some folks have an elitist attitude about them same as firearms. I would advise against that. It’s nice to be the proud owner of something. It’s yet another thing to be snobbish. Whatever you can afford based on whatever pleases you pertaining to the task for which the tool will be used is all that is important. Be thankful the options are many and varied. Some folks say they would never buy something from here, there or somewhere. Get what you need and can afford for the task you have in mind. And remember, when it comes to self defense, even an ice pick is handy. No one blade or firearm is the answer to everything. Be glad you have a choice.
