Sadly, I think Federal law still applies. The Feds can and will enforce federal laws. I have to research more but I think another state had this law and it was thrown out by a Federal court. Anybody know?

Stand tall Kentucky, are a sovereign state whether the fed likes it or not. Don’t give up your sovereignty. Don’t let these yankee’s win again.

Fed Law still applies BUT NO KY State Resources can be used to assist the Ferals, No State County City Police, No State Courts, Jails, etc.
Some States are moving away from the Feral Nannies.

Idaho codified basically the same thing in 2014. Prohibited spending state funds or assisting feds in any way and more: https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/Title18/T18CH33/SECT18-3315B/

Just when did they abolish the 10th amendment? FJB and the rest of the criminal cabal.

What about you? I’m guessing I’m correct in assuming you’re in Ohio.

So what. The God given, natural-law birthright, codified in the (founding) legal protection of the Second Amendment (supposedly) already prevents any (Shall Not Be) seditious and treasonous infringement by government; local, state, federal.
And look where we are today, and have been for a VERY LONG TIME.
A Constitutional Republic…….hardly.
