In my local Ingles, I see people loaded down with soda drinks, but the chip isle always seems to be full.

If the balloon goes up, and you flee in your vehicle, with your bugout stuff, what do you do if your vehicle gets disabled? And you have to abandon it? Ever see old time WW2 news reels of refugees fleeing the fighting? Horse drawn carts, bicycles, small wagons and carts. Hundreds of people. WW3 is near. Why not have a cart in your car, for just such an emergency? I like the old two wheel granny shopping cart. Not too big. It folds up. Fits in the trunk or whatever. It’s cheap and might come in handy. Old people and kids can pull/push it easily. Line it with a black garbage bag to hide what you’ve got. It beats trying to carry every thing.
