Brock Turner: Welcome to your future!

Stanford rape case: Who is the judge who gave Brock Turner 6 months?

He graduated from Stanford. He once coached men’s lacrosse. He’s spent much of his career prosecuting sex crimes. And he’s touted himself as a defender of battered women.

But the world knows Aaron Persky as the California judge who sentenced a Stanford athlete to six months in jail for sexually assaulting an unconscious 23-year-old woman behind a dumpster.
“A prison sentence would have a severe impact on him. I think he will not be a danger to others,” Persky said when handing down the sentence last week to Brock Turner, who was convicted of three counts of felony sexual assault.
The decision has ignited a heated debate on women’s rights, parenting and the legal system’s treatment of white, middle-class men.

There is no excuse for a man forcing himself on an unconscious individual. Having said that maybe it is time for women to accept the nature of some men, their superior physical nature, and excuse themselves from harms way. Yes the world would be great if people were perfect and harsh reality was not so harsh but that is not the case and so all people should accord themselves in a manner that reflects that harsh reality. Once that fact is accepted it would be prudent not to get yourself intoxicated to the point of loosing all self control. So while one act of stupidity may not excuse an act of barbarity everyone would have been better served by self control.

Now the brainwashing of this female going on about “White privilege” is almost as absurd as her failing to address “Black privlege” exhibited by the 30,000+ rapes of White women each and every year. Is it only rapes committed by Whites that matter?

So while both e judge and defendent are in need of serious repercussions ranting like a BLM lunatic is at best a distraction and detracts from the points that need to be addressed.
