no, they cannot exist.Our constitution was only formed for a Godly and righteous people to live under. Sharia law is from the devil and these people are satans, thereby no existence can be reached, its pointless.

besides the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land along with all laws pursuant to it and sharia is not pursuant.
