Is anybody surprised? That’s what allies are for. Seems scripted though. China to the rescue. Who’s rescue? Trump now has a reason to back off and save face to his base. Because the only alternative now is WW3. Trump can say it was all a ruse to show the world what is really going on in the middle east and how deep the media and political corruption goes in the US. So some Persians and Jews died, well that’s just another Saturday night in the Middle East. I can’t imagine BiBi surviving this fiasco politically. The whole thing did flush out the war hawks and it showed the heart of the MAGA true and it even revealed the MAGA brain dead blind followers. So now what? Israel is hated even more. Iran will surely get that nuke now with China’s help. Now everything changes.

What China and Russia are positioning to do is provide real time ISR to Iran along with likely resupply of sophisticated systems and the technical advisory support to go along with that. Essentially this is what Nato has been providing to Ukraine with the thin cover that they were not a party to the fighting. With tier 1 kinetic opponents providing strategic battle management for Iran, Israel and the US will be losing a lot of planes and ships. Payback is a beatch.
If they can keep certain critical munitions flowing in, the Israelis will have no chance at all of keeping up the pace and the price will be too high for America to sustain as well. The escalation ladder quickly goes to nuclear weapons and that is not a good option for anybody
