Chloroquine: A Promising Coronavirus Treatment?

Finally some good news? Several drugs show promise for treating covid-19. Chloroquine (and hydroxychloroquine), an anti-malarial drug, is in the news today, prominently mentioned during President Trump’s morning press conference.

Research does indeed indicate that chloroquine has ‘apparent efficacy and acceptable safety against covid-19 associated pneumonia’, and has shown to help patients recover more quickly from the coronavirus.

Other treatments — azithromycin, antiviral remdesivir, and Kevzara — are now thought to make a positive difference, too. This encouraging news comes none too soon, as countries around the world are now in a race against time with covid-19.

Entering the hockey-stick BOOM! phase, cases are jumping dramatically and health care systems world-wide brace for the coming tsunami of seriously ill patients.

Will we “flatten the curve” enough in time? We will find out very soon.

How about we Pray to God for salvation and healing through His Son and Him. Not man, not mans attempts. Do not pray for another “Vaccine.”
Remember the world that wants to depopulate us?
How could anyone one Trust this world based government after learning and knowing what we have? How can anyone wandt too? How can we expect Truth from this world?
Glenn Beck mentioned Elon Musk and this Vaccine. Well approximately 7-8 years ago i was led to look into Elon, Peter Thiel and the “Pay Pal Mafia”
ill have nothing, Nothing to do with them if at all possible and by my own choice!
as Led by my Master

Also, we seem to be without lawless for a while.
Was led here this morning. Have been thinking a lot lately about the false prophets, the antichrist, false miracles and the powers they will be given and have.
Matthew Henry’s Concise Commentary: Thessalonians
2:1-4 If errors arise among Christians, we should set them right; and good men will be careful to suppress errors which rise from mistaking their words and actions. We have a cunning adversary, who watches to do mischief, and will promote errors, even by the words of Scripture. Whatever uncertainty we are in, or whatever mistakes may arise about the time of Christ’s coming, that coming itself is certain. This has been the faith and hope of all Christians, in all ages of the church; it was the faith and hope of the Old Testament saints. All believers shall be gathered together to Christ, to be with him, and to be happy in his presence for ever. We should firmly believe the second coming of Christ; but there was danger lest the Thessalonians, being mistaken as to the time, should question the truth or certainty of the thing itself. False doctrines are like the winds that toss the water to and fro; and they unsettle the minds of men, which are as unstable as water. It is enough for us to know that our Lord will come, and will gather all his saints unto him. A reason why they should not expect the coming of Christ, as at hand, is given. There would be a general falling away first, such as would occasion the rise of antichrist, that man of sin. There have been great disputes who or what is intended by this man of sin and son of perdition. The man of sin not only practices wickedness, but also promotes and commands sin and wickedness in others; and is the son of perdition, because he is devoted to certain destruction, and is the instrument to destroy many others, both in soul and body. As God was in the temple of old, and worshiped there, and is in and with his church now; so the antichrist here mentioned, is a usurper of God’s authority in the Christian church, who claims Divine honours.

i see this also yet i am still here. lawlessness may need a break, we all do at times. There does need to be a balance in this fear driven world.
we all have to deal with it in our own way as directed by the Master.
Been reading 1st Thessalonians today, may spend a few days here, studying, considering.
A few verses hit home as we go through these days, and see what people are saying and how they and we are behaving.
Considering who we are and or, want to be.Thessalonians is set in times of affliction pressure and tribulation.
“And we appeal to you, brothers warn those who are disorderly, encourage the faint-hearted, uphold the weak,
be patient with all.
See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.
Rejoice always.
Pray without ceasing
in all circumstances give thanks, for this is the desire of Yahuah in Mashiak in you.”
There are good lessons here for all of us.

Actually, there are some pretty ugly side effects to chloroquine. And even if they come up with a vaccine who would be stupid enough to receive it without a year of more of testing. Don’t take any vaccine they offer you. IMHO.

This comment is the one that i keep coming back too. The numbers presented to date, i do not fear the Corona virus. This world should live in fear, but not fear of a virus.
