First of all Christians need to cut loose from the corp. 501c3 gov. controlled churches, and pastors who feel muzzled in the pulpits need to quit being man pleasers and either get a secular job and/or start a church and preach real sermons from the old puritans. Churches have evolved into businesses and social clubs decades ago, and most denominations are accepting LGBT as “ok” since their hierarchies/nat. assoc. endorse it. Many groups have split off and formed indep. churches incl So Baptists who allowed LGBT to creep in some liberal churches like one in Orlando, Fl and elsewhere. What happened to the old fashioned preaching in the big tent mtgs I grew up seeing? Havens been to a tent mtg since ’80. Liberals have taken over the churches over time and allowed watered down Bible versions, etc. since the ’50’s. The gov. has no business dictating churches what to preach, teach or covid shut downs etc.

Christianity won’t Resist Government tyranny. It’s mostly controlled by old white women and gays now .

i would change what you said,
‘People’ wont resist tyranny period. (People of all walks.)They remain locked behind the veil. The veil of sin, the veil of understanding. Sure they may have been baptized, but was it Johns baptizement only? Many times people will not turn back until they are almost crushed. Until they have lost all direction and all false hope. This is the purpose of Pressure (Tribulation.)
Many it would seem and sadly will never turn back.
It is up to the individual. Always has been. People want to lay blame to everything and everyone around them without looking first to themselves, to their ‘local.’
Seeking His ways through a group, never worked for me. i could see through the façade. i benefited from these group experiences in ways and as a basic introduction only. When the Holy Spirit began leading me and i listened and followed i still got and get things wrong. ( Our original nature)
i re engaged with a local Brick and mortar building of a church. ‘Thinking’ i had been sent their to help save them from the world. wrong! All i could do and possibly was meant to do was issue a few not listened to warnings. A few arrows of Truth is all many can stand. Changing is up to them, not to us.
People need to be willing to look at them selves, look at their organizations, too see how they have been misled through out the years and throughout the generations. Many are not.
we can effect ourselves and a select few that we engage with. we can lead by His example. if we first and foremost are of His followers.
Something i can not grasp? When a person indeed receives of the Holy Spirit, why would one still be waiting for His return?

Seemingly ‘People’ will not resist. a majority of people, all walks of life.
Old white women and gays? No, not just. Also, men, yes men, men without spines, Also men with a jezebel spirit within. Men that do not walk away when they should. men that do not stand and speak up when they should, knowing full well that while doing so, many will not listen.

As usual, a comment designed to invoke a negative response. Not a good way to “teach”.

David,
as Pete used to tell us, we can learn from both sides. Neg comments or those we perceive as, can evoke our responses.
Neg can evoke a positive.

Yahusha is the One who opens the seals to allow for this. This should amaze people. This alone should cause people to tremble. He sends and allows all of this upon mankind including those He has called His people!
The church people are not listening. Why, they (many) have cranked up the music! How many have done this? They have literally plugged in and cranked up and out the music and driven off many of the elderly etc….
It has been an amazing and telling thing to witness.
