Orwell was so right. Some animals ARE more equal than others.
This seems extremely short sighted and further weakens states rights. State AGs SHOULD challenge the feds. Often and vigorously. Don’t forget-we get a new POTUS in 4. What then?
I have to disagree with this law as it could cause future harm to us just in case our liberties are being threatened and we need to remove ourselves from tyranny.
Agree. Laws like this will be abused to protect the next “Dear Leader”.
Our forefathers created this “inefficient” system of checks and balances to prevent a King or Dictator from running the show.
