Dangerous New Escalation in Russia and More

Perception is reality. Perception is often based on ignorance. Ignorance leads to intolerance. We are all ignorant, to varying degrees, on one subject or another be it politics, science, and/or religion. We dig in our heels and refuse to step into the shoes of those we view as adversaries so as to understand things from their perspective. This continuing self-imposed ignorance leads us to be intolerant of other perceptions and understandings, to our own detriment. We sit on the verge of a nuclear war due to the ignorance and intolerance of the clowns running the Western world. The following conversation between Glenn Greenwald and Tucker Carlson is one that every American should be required to watch. While many here are well aware of the truths these two discuss, the vast majority of Americans, sadly, are not.

I heard a neocon on a supposedly conservative radio station this morning claim that Putin is trying to recreate the Soviet Union. Just about two months ago I watched Putin on television say to the Russian people, “If you liked the Soviet Union, you have no heart. If you want it back, you have no brain”. The neocon then went on to say that the trillion dollars we spend on the military is not enough. Somebody get a rope. They won’t be happy until they get nuclear war. And we are really close to that now. I’m embarrassed that I ever thought the politicians would have more sense.
