I wonder if Russia’s SSBN commanders will respect D.C.’s NOTAM?
From just outside the 12 mile limit a Russian boomer can, from launch to target, nuke D.C. in about 90 seconds.

Not seeing a TFR posted non a NOTAM.
That something big, could have something to do with surface to air missiles…
Check SkyVector – there is a TFR (temporary flight restriction) in place listed over DC but it was put in place 6/24 and 9/3 until further notice; not recent and flight level limit 17999. Could not find reference on the FAA site for any NOTAM or other TFRs.
