Pull them over to what end? How would doing so “flatten the curve”? Apparently the liquor stores are open and being patronized by Del. residents. Aren’t Del. residents subject to the same restrictions? I’m thinking these state governors and state LE will become addicted to these newfound means of coercion and control over the public.
