Discerning the Truth

I worked a trade for thirty years, got pretty good at it and worked as manager most of that time. If you’re striving for excellence (I preached to my crews that “we aren’t trying to be the best, we’re shooting for doing this better than people imagine it can be done”) and people come into that environment that are seeking excellence they get right on board. When people come into that environment working their own agenda, it always goes badly because they are never pulling the same direction as the team and resent that they are often constrained from behaving the way they would like to in order to fulfill their own agenda. They get bitter, they cause strife, and they resist and resent every success. This time Trump MUST not allow the communist deep state to infiltrate his administration.
