Not a surprise. In our household we only drink whole milk, use real butter. We use EVOO in cooking. And Bacon, lots of nice fatty Bacon!
Wise man. I’ve been prescribed statins for years that I refuse to take. My bad cholesterol is not high, but my good cholesterol is low. Been on the carnivore diet for four months and my cholesterol numbers have actually improved.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the industry has fudged the Diabetic blood numbers to get us on Diabetes medicine! In the book “Maker’s Diet” by Jordan Rubin, he said something that I’ll never forget; he said “if a food item was Not here 100 years ago, then don’t eat it.” You can bet it’s full of harmful preservatives, salt, hormones, etc. Eat as natural as possible and stay away from pharmakia, if possible! Stay healthy friends!
