DOJ files lawsuit against North Carolina over bathroom law

 

If we do not stand against evil, what will our children inherit? This government is evil and I am pleasantly surprised that North Carolina is standing up against tyranny for morality. Are you keeping a list of domestic enemies yet?

I’ve heard that some good ole boys in Texas are keeping lists of LEO’s, judges, etc. that they plan to utilize at the appropriate time. Might be a great idea for us all.

We now have a Supreme Court that now has taken over the roll as Mediator’
They are no longer limited in their scope and power -- the epitomy of a government
who has no limitations in its power.. The US is not a Kingdom, not a democracy
but a Constitutional Republic where the states delegate the power of the Feds..

First and foremost, The John Birch Society advocates states stand against federal tyranny to protect its citizens in areas that the Constitution has not granted power over to the federal government. A state needs to merely point to the Constitution as a foundation for its act of nullification.
Others are placing teeth in their efforts through legislative means to officially notify Washington, DC.
