This is exactly right. I did my undergraduate work at UCLA in the 90s and my field of study was World Arts & Cultures, meaning anything non-western. LA offered a fantastic place to study because, at the time, many of the world’s cultural iconic performers were fleeing to LA to escape cultural erasure in their homeland. Their experience was exactly what is happening now in the US, and at the hand of many of the same players, ie: global communism and rogue CIA/MOSSAD. This is a rational discussion but I fear it is too late because this type of push mutual respect should have happened in the 1970s-1990s when the racist, tone-culture, and cancel culture tactics were just beginning to take form in our young people.

I am a fan of the philosopher Stefan Molyneux of Freedomain Radio. His podcasts and video’s are always excellent. This particular video regarding cancel culture is so true.
I have tried many times to have logical discussions with the anti-capitalist / communist / fascist / socialist / sexually confused / climate change zealots and I have concluded that they will not tolerate discussion or debate with facts, instead they demand total submission to their collectivist ideology. They normally are incapable of logical discussion. Also, most of these people are sociopaths at an early age. They are dangerous, as well as, vindictive and they are totally committed to their one world religion of big government climate saving collectivism. The most committed to this collectivist ideology that I know are public school teachers.
When one makes the conceptual leap from thinking of them as different politically to their being different religiously, a lot falls into place. Leftism has become a supremacist and expansionary religion, complete with rituals, cant, prayers, and doctrine. We who differ from that are heretics; those who were in but left, are apostates.
Also, remember that much of what they believe is based on self-puffery. Everything they believe, all the virtue signaling, is predicated on their feeling good about themselves. E.g., climate change, “We’re saving the planet”!
And thus why it’s impossible to have any kind of a debate with them: we’re arguing not just against their faith but in making any point, we’re undermining their self-perception of themselves good people. Until they’re cognitively capable of admitting they might be wrong, there is no debate.

Communism is a secular or surrogate religion for those who have no other. They are as-fervent as any overtly religious person you will encounter, and worlds harder to reason with. My point is not that one must be religious in order to be good, per se, but that in the absence of something else to fill the spiritual void in their lives, many of these lost souls adopt leftism/socialism/communism as their creed.
The great G.K. Chesterton once said “When man ceases to believe in God, he then does not believe in nothing, but believes in anything.” Communism is inherent atheistic, hence having rejected God as the source of moral order in the universe, there is no one else to worship save man himself.
The Reds call him “New Man,” envisioning a ‘perfect human’ without all of those troublesome foibles people tend to have. When their utopian search runs aground upon human imperfection, they don’t blame their ideology for the problem, they blame man himself. And that’s when the troubles start… the search for scapegoats, the singling-out of specific groups or individuals in society as being the source of its problems, and so on.
Stefan Molyneux is quote correct, unfortunately. These forms of stigmatization, reverse-apartheid, and blaming are the Reds working up the zeal and commitment to do what their belief system already commands that their black hearts do. And do it they will …. which is why communism always ends in the gulag, the torture chamber and the firing squad.
Biologists even have a word for this behavior, which is termed “pseudo-speciation.” Literally, making another in one’s mind into a separate species or partly so. This is part of the emotional calculus they go through in order to justify committing mass murder. After all, if “they” are no better than vermin, then there ought to be not much trouble in exterminating them.
Humans often resort to pseudo-speciation in wartime, as a means of short-circuiting the normal civilizational/cultural controls on killing, but it is also seen prior to and during episodes of genocide and mass murder. This is why would-be tyrants go to such trouble to keep their ideological cadres and secret police from viewing the adversary as anything like human. They must be shorn of everything which gives them a human identity, from their name to their clothing.
The goal….erase our history, erase our culture then erase us. And so far they have been successfully accomplishing their agenda with essentially NO meaningful opposition by us on the right.
