The DC lock down is probably a distraction. With the tunnel systems, and alternative command sights existing, this seems to be for optics. A fighter squadron, helicopters, drones, microwave deterrents, acoustical deterrents, missile systems, radar, sonar. Satellite surveillance with fixed energy systems, and things we’ve never heard of. A couple rolls of Concertina wire and some portable fence panels? Really? C’mon Man!

All the Edicts, Orders, Regulations, and ‘laws’ Do Not override the Constitution.
