“the Franklin scandal”
This scandal involved Nebraska Republican Party politicians. According to Wikipedia, whose editors are hardly R.P. cheerleaders, the grand jury found that the charges of sexual abuse of children were baseless. So, did those things actually happen, or is this V-blogger referring to non-events?
