Evil Bastards

I hit upon something in the last post that’s been bugging me all night. These people, whether Soros DAs, or WEF robots or whatever, they are the insurrectionists. The reason this bothered me so much is that it’s obvious, but no one, except a few memes here and there, have made the same connection. There’s a lot of talk of treason and corruption, but I wonder, legally, what does it take to invoke charges of insurrection among the many public servants, across the board, not only, but especially House and Senate members, who have violated their oaths of office, who refuse to enforce any laws except those that put American citizens at risk of life and limb while protecting illegal alien invaders? How many of these foreign invaders are being paid out of the public treasury? And what are they being paid to do and when do they intend to do it?

Stay with me a minute here, I’m not talking about some clever internet meme or viral rant, I’m talking legally. The Supreme Court has never ruled, as far as I know, on a case of institutional insurrection against the general public, acting against the will, security and peace of the nation. The only ones powerful enough to commit such an act are those placed in positions of authority by either a vote, or a rigged election. Which do you think would be more likely to commit these egregious violations, the legally and properly elected or those who benefit from a rigged election?

I know the Loy Brunson case before the Supreme Court tries to tackle this directly and that will set a precedent, but the question we need to be asking the courts, as corrupt as they are, too, is what recourse do the people have legally for when the elected representatives act in ways that are harmful to the nation, especially, in this case, in favor of foreign interests?

The routine answer to that has always been the ballot box, but, as we have seen, the ballot box holds no magic shield against corruption and whether corruption is present or not, elected officials failing to defend the constitution and uphold and prosecute the laws of the land are in effect committing an act of insurrection, it’s in disregard of the oath that they took to defend those things that the legal case can be made, whether they got there through corruption or not, it’s a separate crime to administratively make null and void a properly drafted and constitutionally passed and signed law.

There is no provision other than insurrection and violation of the oath that can be cited, but if the people, generally, can be cited for insurrection without ever planning and/or attempting to execute that insurrection, so can the representatives and senators. They commit insurrection when they ignore their duties to defend the nation from alien invasion and hostile action. We have seen hostile action against the innocent with the full backing of DAs failure to faithfully prosecute these laws. All of the public health laws were violated by the states over the pandemic, but no one was cited, no one was prosecuted for breaking those laws. Why not? Because no one filed charges against them or those charges were not taken seriously by the Sheriff’s Department, but that should just add one more name to the list on the lawsuit, not discourage one from making the list.

They nationalized election fraud with CISA and DHS, our vote is not valid any longer. Treason definition, the crime of betraying one’s country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government. I believe they or all of our government are guilty of treason. Not one Congressman or Senator has told the truth on the state of the nation. What is the punishment for treason? Death that is our only path forward, may God almighty give us the courage and will to do just that.

Russia and the other 80% of the world have to break the Empire. When they do that, the currency dies along with the ability of the Empire to oppress us. It won’t be pleasant. It seems to be the only way. Many will die.

When the currency dies, they already have a plan to introduce digital currency.
The bigger the disaster the bigger the win for our government; it gives them the opportunity to enslave us faster and eliminate more liberty.

The dollar seems to be on life support now. For claification: is the current regime with the global cabal the Empire?? It seems we do not any coverage of the nations that are fighting the OWO? I don’t know about anyone else, but I am convinced that our (at least my) email is also censored w/o out knowledge. Has anyone seen changes in the content of their email?

This is the worst evil, IMO. The fact people aren’t in the streets demanding an end to this is sicking.

The term “rule of law” is a false construct, as pertains to a two-tiered educational system, legal, economic, workplace, governmental, medical, religious and other such frameworks. It is thereby the powers that be unequivocally asserting that the institutions belong to the state; it’s their prerogative to run them the way they want, and effectively stating that they will govern from top-down. The churches and institutions are in acquiescence and agreement with this. Therefore, those that don’t benefit from this system of strategic takeover (that’s leading to an imminent collapse) and even some that do make gains from it, may be better situated in some senses when there is that conquering from outside of the continental U.S. It’s telling that some people look to that as a/the liberating force.

Well the main problem with all of that is that virtually all 3 levels of govt are crooked, corrupt, criminal shit! So we have literally NO ONE to enforce shit. We have ZERO peaceful options period. Deep down you and I both know where things stand and what needs to happen for us to have even a damn slight chance. I can tell you for damn sure sitting back ain’t gonna cut Jack.

There is a problem with this approach:

You’re talking about legal charges, to be ajudicated in a court. Ignoring the fact that there are no courts willing to hear the matter, let’s say you bring charges, and magically win a case against what ammounts to goverment (you’ll need their approval)…. so you win… now what?

As has happened before, the other two branches can simply ignore the courts: “They’ve made their ruling, now let them enforce it”. Our system of government presumes that these two branches would not so blatantly violate the constitution, as then they would be thrown out in the next election… only… elections?

But let’s say they *do* abide by the court ruling…. and then just pass new “laws” that legalize their illegal behavior.. you take them to court… again… and the court finds the laws unconstitutional…. years later. But by then they’ve passed 100 *new* unconstitutional laws taking additional years in court…

NOTHING in goverment matters, when there are no elections.

And this goes to why the Constitution cannot legitimately be called the law of the land. Only to have to come up with an unspecified amount of money, even if that can be accomplished, to then be told your rights were violated is not really having your rights, but rather someone tell you that you have rights in a particular situation. That’s more like privilege, if one can afford it.
