Firing Squad at 5 AM

In the early morning hours of December 13th, 2022, officers from the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department obtained a search warrant for a residence in Bear Paw, NC after a disturbance call made to 911 dispatch hours earlier.

In addition to obtaining the search warrant, officers from the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department also requested assistance from the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians’ SWAT team and a siege of the residence was conducted.

Just before 5 AM that morning, SWAT officers tossed a robot equipped with cameras into the residence and awoke the sleeping couple.

Careful with statements like that on a public forum..All they need to claim you were making a threat against LEOs. Single men have the right to make such statements, but if married with a family? Think first, keep mouth shut and observe the “Enemy”. Served 12 years with a Tennessee Sheriff Department. Adrenaline is a “Bad drug” most LEO’s are addicted to. Yep. And if such lawsuits were actually a penalty to the offending agencies and individuals, they might have some effect (I.E.-dang, Johnson got us into another lawsuit. There goes new uni’s, new cruisers, spring softball league and that new break room.) As it is, its either the taxpayers or the insurance companies that take the hit-which results in higher premiums-which of course end up in the laps of the taxpayers.

With every government building and almost all businesses bristling with cameras, the widespread use of dashboard cameras, the proliferation of home surveillance systems and cell phone cameras, I don’t think it’s the least bit odd to have video cameras installed inside and outside of a camping trailer or RV. “In this day and age”, almost any words that come out of your mouth can be construed to be a threat by District Attorneys.

I have had a growing resentment that has turned to hatred towards law enforcement over the years as I continually watch the enormity of what they have become and what they are getting away with from the local level to the federal level and the entire system of law enforcement is completely corrupt even though there may be honest individuals or departments within thos corrupt system yet even the honest element is engaged in enforcing endless petty laws and regulations that are frivolous and unconstitutional and geared towards revenue collecting and ruining people’s lives. I believe in honest moral and realistic law enforcement that a society must have to be civilized but I surely don’t believe in what it is today. Law enforcement has become thugs with badges and guns chasing thugs with just guns and also chasing and destroying the lives of generally honest citizens. Are we better with or without them? What is the general consensus of the people that follow this website? When the SHTF how many of the people in the battle are going to be law enforcement fighting the people and what percentage of law enforcement won’t blindly follow their evil leaders like they are doing right now? Whoever shot that man on the video should have been arrested on the spot or shot in the head and of course they had no right being there to begin with. I often wonder nowadays whether our biggest and most direct enemy and threat to our lives is the Globalists /Government or law enforcement and I keep wondering when people are going to have enough of this and start taking down police or fbi swat teams and raids. In the real world law enforcement will have to be taken down by honest citizens before we can deal with this evil and corrupt satanic government.

This looks like and I believe this may be one more “consequence” of the “Israeli training” that many US police depts etc have been subject to. The mindset of the training is that the object/perp is a subhuman enemy and an imminent threat at all times and should always be treated as such. Additionally, the shoot/no shoot training they do often relies on elevated emotion scenarios and almost never ends in a no shoot resolution. Which is why many of these real life shootings end the way they do-the officers are trained to elevate a situation emotionally, and they are then programmed to shoot at the peak of their emotion. Much of this was brought to light when an unarmed, normal, nonviolent teenage kid was executed while lying face down in a hotel hallway several years ago. The guilty officer kept screaming commands to lie face down (which the kid was) and show his hands (which he was) and at the peak of the officer’s hysteria, the officer shot him to death. (The footage of the above video reminded me quite a bit of the CCTV hallway camera footage of the execution of that kid) When the Israeli training aspect came to light, the officer and his dept were subject to quite a bit of criticism for the training the dept used prior to the shooting. TPTB have worked to make “the people” enemy number one for a long, long time now. I’ve personally known several cops in the NW and in Vegas, and many of them are/were sociopathic mental midgets-very susceptible to such programming. It really is a tragedy and a disgrace. And, if lawsuits were settled out of the budgets of offending departments, and lets say a $10,000,000 wrongful death lawsuit meant 75% of the department was laid off and the remainder could expect no raises and no OT for a few years things might change. Maybe.

It’s war. It’s a war on the people by the government. It’s not negligence, or incompetence.
It’s haphazard, slow moving, and individual battles seem not to achieve a particular goal when looked at as isolated incidents. It doesn’t look like you think a war should look. It is nevertheless a war.
There’s only one thing that, at this point, could possibly make a change.

You’re referring to Daniel L Shaver, 27 years old, who was executed by Ofc. Philip Brailsford while complying with commands, in the hallway of the LA Quinta Inn & Suites in Mesa, AZ on 18Jan.2016. Don’t forget that the interior surface of the ejection port cover on his assault rifle was emblazoned with the phrase “You’re fucked.” Would that phrase signify “malice aforethought” if it were found on a rifle used in a justified shooting by any non-LEO?

Starting in the 1960’s. federal, state and local governments introduced military-style Special Weapons Assault Teams, as they were originally called, into American law-enforcement departments. Later, the acronym SWAT was changed to mean Special Weapons and Tactics. Now we know why. Don’t we?
Train cops to kill and destroy, like we do our military forces, and that is what you will get. Imagine that.

Based on what I saw, and only what I saw.
Major mis handling. Why did they start with sneaking up to he door and throwing in a robot? No movement was going on. Standard SOP is a call-out or knock on the door. Then if no response either an entry via personal or cameras/drones are whatever. Totally backwards.
Then when the victim picked up their robot/drone and carried it to the door he was shot. How did the video feed information not get relayed that was happening?
I heard 6+/- shots, it’s a miracle the female did not get hit too. Officer(s) itchy fingers need to be brought to the grand jury, given a fair trial, then thrown in the very back cell to sit and twiddle their thumbs for the rest of their life to serve as an example to any other itchy fingers scared of their own shadow jack asses who think they “serve” their community.
Time to start tossing out the bad apples already damit

Two observations. 1. Either the person who wrote up the press release hadn’t seen the video and accepted the story of the LEOs on the scene, or they did a monumentally poor job of trying to CYA for their department. 2. We all need cameras in our homes. If there had been no camera, the LEO’s would have won the ‘narrative’. Seems truth doesn’t matter anymore. Only the narrative matters.

Roth Harbard

I met with our county sheriff last week. We had a man to man conversation. He’s a Constitutional sheriff and a hard ass on criminals. He encourages firearms ownership and use, especially by homeowners on home invaders. Our burglary rate is down 50% from 2021 to 2022. I was rucking with my AR on a remote county road last summer. Some fool called the sheriff about a guy walking down the road with an evil black rifle. A deputy showed up and then the sheriff. I kept my hands away from the rifle (it was slung around my neck) and smiled at them. They smiled back and asked what I was doing. I told them I was rucking. The sheriff complimented me on being prepared, shook my hand, and moved on. Moral of my story? KNOW YOUR SHERIFF! Mine seems to be one of us and understands the precarious nature of the country. They’re not all scumbags, maybe most, but not all.

After that, I can say only that a brutal police state would be a great relief. Then, at least, innocent people would only be locked up and tortured. There wouldn’t be any jury, but after seeing how this jury just gunned the man down, not having any juries at all would be a great improvement.
Are our “finest” now trained to show respect life and law by gunning people down from outside instead of bursting into the homes of once-free people and gunning them down in their kitchens? And if so, are we supposed to regard that as a step forward? You know, if you enter into a “public” building like, oh, I don’t know, let’s say the US Capitol building--a building that belongs to “the people”--you’ll just be “disappeared” end up in solitary, without habeas corpus or due process or “a speedy trial.” But if you are sleeping in your own home, you will be gunned down. On video. Pour décourager les autres.

Ah … God’s Commandments. Remember the Sabbath (seventh) Day and keep it holy? Ooops. I’m confused. The Church says we are no longer under ‘the Law’ and yet we’re taught to follow the Commandments, at least the Ten. I know many of you are Christians. I consider myself a Christian as narrowly defined: One who accepts the teachings of Jesus and attempts to follow them.
That said, the Church claims Jesus is God? KJV Luke 18:18-19 And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.
The plain sense of Scripture appears to be that Jesus is the Son of God, not God. I’m not trying to start a fight, but I wish all Christians would actually read the Bible before becoming so dog-gone dogmatic. If we all stuck with the narrow definition of Christian, there would be no denominations and no disunity. Then, perhaps, we could be the moral people that the Rabbi rightly admits we are lacking.

the simple truth is this MESSIAH said: Mat 12:48 But YESHUA answered the one who was telling Him and said, “Who is My mother and who are My brothers?” Mat 12:49 And stretching out His hand toward His disciples, He said, “Behold My mother and My brothers! Mat 12:50 “For whoever does the will of My Father who is in heaven, he is My brother and sister and mother.” What we all need to do is what THE FATHER wants. that means follow the 613 laws that apply to you. it is not religion but doing what FATHER said to do. you want the police to act civil but most people are hostile to GOD. they want their ham dinner and their catholic sunday worship. you want straight truth go to http://www.bgmctv.org

sin and lawlessness walk hand in hand. i am not talking about man’s many, many, redundant, “laws”
Look into First John 3:4
His commands are still needed and relevant, His yoke is not a burden.
Look at the last page of many Bibles Rev 22:14 Blessed are those doing His commands so that the authority shall be theirs to the tree of life, and to enter through the gates into the city.
verse 15 is the alternative.
But outside are the dogs and those who enchant with drugs, and those who whore, and the murders, and the idolaters, and all who love and do falsehood.
i propose that even the ten commandments have been misunderstood to quite a degree.
His commands are not the same as the old ways and laws. Sacrificing goats etc.

An absolute miracle the woman wasnt hit, so to all those SWAT (adrenaline junkies with badges) members, get your ass back to the range! I hope this town doesnt burn but the cops surely will have a target on them from here! Deserved???
