Funding al Qaeda Violates the NDAA – Arrest Obama

In a recent article, Be Careful What You Wish For, I outlined the administration’s “secret” financing of al Qaeda in Syria. What is the penalty for aiding terrorists if you are a US citizen under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)? This legislation was signed at the end of 2011 with little attention from the media. Although a concerted effort to raise awareness about the consequences of this destruction of the Bill of Rights was made, patriotic stalwarts like Allen West and Mitt Romney both supported this legislation.

So where does that leave Americans? Is there one sheriff willing to stand up for Liberty and the Constitution and arrest Obama and the members of Congress for this violation of the law? Will Sheriff Joe Arpaio arrest John McCain in Arizona for his role in supporting terrorism? Will Eric Holder’s two tiered justice system even consider enforcing the law on the “elite” or “his people”?

Liberty and Justice for All

Liberty is only deserved when the people have the  determination to fight for their freedom.  The NDAA was a direct assault on our Liberty and the people will understand its true ramifications in the future. The concept of equal justice has been replaced by “social justice” and a judicial system that not only ignores the Constitution, it is dismantling it. So let’s just take a small segment of the population and consider the application of justice for them. The parents, spouses and children of our soldiers who have fallen in Afghanistan fighting al-Qaeda deserve justice. They do not deserve our nation’s support of al Qaeda. Or the Muslim Brotherhood. Or the establishment of the new Islamic Caliphate.

The War on Terror

The administration has declared that the war on terror is over. I agree. The United States’ government has capitulated and now supports al Qaeda. This is not how Americans win wars against foreign enemies but it is how we surrender to domestic enemies.

Should Obama and Congress Be Arrested Under the NDAA?

Should President Obama (alongside Lindsay Graham and John McCain) be wearing an orange jumpsuit?

Welcome to the beautiful and surreal reality of life under American corporatism, under a Congress that churns out thousands  and thousands of pages of (often contradictory) legislation a year.

If providing material assistance to al-Qaeda is illegal under the National Defence Authorization Act (2012), and Obama and Congress are sending $25 million of aid to al-Qaeda-affiliated Syrian opposition, aren’t Congress and President Obama violating their own law? Should Obama (or at least the Justice Department) not be using “all necessary and appropriate force” including “the power to indefinitely detain” to prevent Obama and Congress from assisting al-Qaeda? Did anyone in Congress or the Obama administration even bother to read the law that they were signing? Do Federal laws no longer apply to lawmakers?

The only question left from this abrupt and absurd turnaround — from funding bin Laden’s mujahideen thirty years ago, to ten years ago declaring war on al-Qaeda, to today sending them material assistance — would appear to be whether or not Obama will pull a 1984 and claim that “we have always been at war with Eurasia“.

Would that be something the House can use as grounds for impreachment ?

The only problem with that is that they are all complicit in the act. So who impeaches whom. Perhaps they can all run up and down the halls arresting each other. Then they can lead each other off to Guantantimo where those who wish can join in prayers with the current tenants. Al Capp was right on 50 plus years ago. We are our own enemy.

You forget one thing. They are above the law. How else could a tax cheat be Secretary of the Treasury and a man be President who is not native born? Little if anything our government does conforms to our Constitutional law. It’s been that way for a long time. We’re just beginning to awaken to the fact that criminals run this country.

So, it appears to me, that it is up to “We The People,” to set things right, to reclaim our Constitution, to reclaim our Constructional Republic and enforce the laws therein! But here in lies the rub, do any of “We The People,” have the balls to stand up, like our Founding Father’s and make the first move?
