Thanks! As a retired Naval Officer, this pleased me very much. Yet, I grieve for the current state of leadership in the Navy, and in the Joint Forces, in which i served the latter part of my career. In my view, a lot of the good guys have been forced out and a lot of the guys I never thought much of are now in charge. I pray that this is a “cycle” and will come back around, yet it seems engineered to me. Perhaps we should engage in some reverse engineering.
