I know there will be detractors, however, a friend just alerted me that GoogleEarth PRO (regularly $400) is now available to download for free.
GoogleEarth is an incredible resource for Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) collection. I routinely use it for security planning and conducting Intelligence Preparation of the Community (IPC).
