GOP Rep. Mark Green Will Not Seek Reelection After Leading Impeachment of DHS Secretary Mayorkas: “I Have Come to Realize Our Fight is Not Here Within Washington, Our Fight is With Washington”

In the last few months, in reading the writings of our Framers, I was reminded of their intent for representatives to be citizen-legislators, to serve for a season and then return home.

Our country–and our Congress–is broken beyond most means of repair. I have come to realize our fight is not here within Washington, our fight is with Washington.

I do not believe that anyone in congress/senate “represents” us at all. They are all there for their gibs. If they actually acted to serve the will of the people the J6 prisoners would be home, illegals would be deported and the fucking border would be closed!
Thus, we don’t need them.

Experience demonstrates that being a liar is a prerequisite for gaining and holding political office. So, if Rep. Green is being truthful in this case, perhaps he is one of only a handful in DC that should escape the noose.
