HAPPY BIRTHDAY – ANN BARNHARDT

POSTED BY ANN BARNHARDT – OCTOBER 27, AD 2012 9:41 AM MST
Today is my 36th birthday.Today is also the day that the IRS confiscated my bank account. I think that is positively poetic. Now you people know why I keep saying that this website won’t be around much longer and YOU will have to rebuild after the collapse and war. This isn’t a game. This is completely, totally real.

I heard it said recently that saints are people who put their money where their mouth is. I hope that’s right. I pray that’s right.

Here is this morning’s online image from my Wells Fargo personal checking account. I anticipate the business accounts will be drained early next week, too. I further expect that any monies that I attempt to deposit into any of my bank accounts will be swept by the IRS. They claim my “bill” is into the six figures, so $20,000 to them is just the very, very beginning.

They will also be coming after my car and my home.

I’m glad I bought a year’s worth of freeze-dried food. Looks like I’m going to be needing it. But today, for my birthday, today will be a DOUBLE bacon cheeseburger day. And a strawberry malted.

Judge me, O God, and distinguish my cause from the nation that is not holy: deliver me from the unjust and deceitful man. For Thou art God, my strength: why hast Thou cast me off? And why do I go sorrowful whilst the enemy afflicteth me? Send forth Thy light and Thy truth: they have conducted me, and brought me unto Thy holy hill, and into Thy tabernacles. And I will go in to the altar of God: to God who giveth joy to my youth. To Thee, O God my God, I will give praise upon the harp; why art thou sad, O my soul? And why dost thou disquiet me? Hope in God, for I will still give praise to him: the salvation of my countenance, and my God.Psalm 42 (Psalm 43 in Protestant Bibles)

I guess I haven’t been following this story close enough. Could someone explain why Ann is having this difficuly time with the IRS? I know they are arrogant assholes that target whom they choose. If I remember Charlie Rangel never got much of a fine or problem and he sits in the ways and means community. The thing about Charlie is that; 1st he’s one of their own, 2nd He’s black and we wouldn’t want to be racist….. 3rd how could HE be expected to know the rules and laws? Any way, What is this all about?

Oh, I wasn’t aware of this. I had a friend that lost a house and other items because he had a business but refused to collect state tax in Mass. They came in assessing their own value of the “delinquency” and took his “stuff”. He refused to pay because he maintains that he wasn’t being paid to be a “tax collector”. He never collected the state tax but would instead tell the customers what they owed the state and that they had to pay the state the taxes.
When Mass had a 3% tax, 2% went to the state, 1% went to the vendor for collecting the tax. When Mass went to the 6% tax they did away with the “paying the vendor” to collect and process the taxes collected.
My friend pointed out to them that he was not being paid to collect the tax and that the law said that if you preform a service you shall get paid for said service. He, not being paid refused to collect the taxes.
When they auctioned his house off it seemed wierd that the auctioneer doing the governments bidding had a lawyer friend there with a check ready to buy the place extreamely cheap because no other people showed up for the auction. He believes he had been scammed.
Good luck to Ann and any other person that has to deal with any form of a tax office. They don’t use warrants, due process, or a badge. Anyone associated with a tax office is a bandit, thief, step and fetchet boy, idiot, scumbag and there isn’t enought time on this Earth to say how I really feel.
The government collects our taxes, misuses them, goes over budget and then says we didn’t tax you enough and you need to pay more so we can give more to the members of the club that you don’t belong to.

Even the Bible criticizes tax collectors. All of them are evil scumbags……
