Something very nearly like this happened to me in January, and I am still dealing with the fallout of defending myself. When a prosecutor says, right in a court room, “this isn’t about the law”, you know the level to which your society has sunk.

The Rule of Law is dead.
Violence is coming.
Prepare yourselves accordingly…

if it isn’t about law then why is the A-Hole still sitting on the bench and under what authority. The judges bond should have been revoked so he couldn’t sit on the bench any longer, and he should be defending himself to get his bond back which is a monumental task. liens should have been placed on him. he is not a judge , he is an oligarch and when the war comes his name will be on the list as a seditionary to be hanged.
