Wow, I used to like Hornady, but I guess they don’t need my $ anymore so I will buy something else from now on.

Corporations, Hornady included, need to wise up and clue in their board of dick-tat-ors about these simple facts;
Hornady & gummint contract = $30,000,000 one contract. Renewable when next order arrives unless another provider is chosen.
For shits-n-giggles lets say it’s a one year un-renewable contract.
Now just out of thin air just using random numbers of people using Hornady products.
Hornady & civilian customer base = 10,000 spending $250,00 per year = $2,500,000 -- 20,000 people @$250 yr = $5,000,000. Renewable unless they step on their wankers. Each and every year @ 10 years = $50,000,000
Does anyone know of any gummint contracts that are continuous and not subject to the whims of whoever is in charge?
Does anyone seriously believe there are only 10 or 20,000 Hornady customers in the entire USA? Out of how many gun owners. Considering there were more than 8 million NEW gun owners in the US in just last year. Consider that if only 10% of those new gun owners bought Hornady products, that alone is 80,000 gun owners. And consider there are an estimated 100,000,000 gun owners in the US.
It’s all about control and conformity.
