Yes. Small cells. But you must keep this in mind – every cell could have government infiltrators [spies], government collaborators [snitches], or individuals whom you ‘absolutely trust’, but that the government has since found a way to ‘turn’ them against you by threatening their arrest, arresting their family members, or some other threat. Be vigilant.

She forgot, what could possibly be one of, if not, the MOST IMPORTANT actions – THROW AWAY your SMART PHONES and carry only “THROW-AWAY” phones LISTED WITH A FAKE name AND address AND USE UNREGISTERED and/or UNLICENSED HAM RADIOS.BUY those out of State or even out of country , NOW,if possible
If you don’t they will know WHERE YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU ARE DOING at all times.
That wont be nice 🙁
