Masks are a mandate here in KS. I do not, and will not wear them. No one, nobody at any public venue here has asked me to.

Masks are submission and control, nothing more.

“Mandates” and “Executive Orders” do not have the same legal status as Laws passed by Elected Legislators. I have yet to hear of someone being Arrested ONLY ‘for not wearing a Mask’, as it would present a difficult situation for the Prosecuting Attorney when the ‘criminal’ Demands to be shown the “Law” they allegedly broke.

That Said, I expect that the bolsheviks will soon pass actual Laws to the effect of making Masks and other bullsh*t Sheep Control measures “Law”. That will only drive the exodus of ‘law enforcement officers’ from the payrolls…. one way or another.

Agree with above. Plus, NC says there is an exemption if you have a medical reason why you can’t wear a mask. Police have said they will not enforce this. Everyone should have a “medical exemption” for not wearing a mask. It’s called I CAN’T BREATHE!!

Bill Whittle does NOT bring up the point that grocery stores and other such private business are also public accommodations and by law can not discriminate or segregate.

As a Christian I only submit and bow down before my God (Jesus Christ). Mask wearing is submission and bowing down to another god. My God created me to freely breath His air unmolested by a mask. I am created in the image of my God and can not be forced to hide that image under a mask.

Wearing a mask is discrimination & segregation of my religious freedom.

Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964:

“SEC. 201. (a) All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, and privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin.”

So where are the lawyers filing Constitutional or Civil Rights claims against stores, municipalities, counties, and states?

You won’t find them because, even if a few exist who might take such cases, they know they’ll lose. If you think the fact that they ought to be able to win such cases means that they CAN win such cases, you’re very naive.

This is a full system reset, and lawyers and judges are 95+% on board with it.
