In 1910, the SIZE of the US House was capped where it is today. So despite a tripling of our population, the House is still at 435 clowns. That MIGHT be part of the problem.

If we can’t sustain a level of representation that ACTUALLY represents the nation, then maybe the solution is to break up the nation into functional sized units. We are the second LEAST REPRESENTED nation on earth.
This is caused by the position being to profitable. None of these leaches want to give up that kind of wealth.
