Lol, Dec 21st there is a steer that has a date with a bandsaw. Jan 6th he hits my freezer!
As an apropos aside… if you’re still buying your meat at the grocers, you’re contributing to the problem. Buy from local farmers, pay cash, use a non-fda-inspected butcher… you think they would be in business for any length of time if they were a bad shop? Local has advantages that way.
