We have rule of law. That’s the problem. What we need is The Rule of CONSTITUTIONAL Law! The exact opposite of rule of law. In RoL, there is no we the people component. Conversely, in a RoCL society, it’s all, we the people. Example- afghanistan. Proof- afghanistan.
