Pre-invasion positioning and chaos or commercial airline terrorism? Doesn’t make sense for use in a civil war.
I vote for Airline Terrorism. All it would take is one or two people to pull up on a frontage road just outside the airport runway and pop a Redeye into the engine of a climbing jet airliner. The panic would be nationwide, and all air transport would stop. Not only would there be no more travel, but there would also be no more FEDEX, UPS, USPS deliveries. Panic buying riots, and disruption to the Nth degree. Election cancelled. Martial law. Venezuela here we come!
