ATF is implying that you are guilty until proven innocent. But since only they know what innocent and guilty are…..you are always guilty. Wouldn’t filling out the form be self incrimination? A violation of the 5th amendment?
The form itself is a violation of the 2nd Amendment. The actual creation of the AFT is a violation of the 2nd Amendment and 10th Amendment and Article I Section 8 clause 15.
They are just another criminal agency, shall not be infringed, besides being deaf, dumb and blind, they are just plain stupid.

They are criminal acts, not rules/regluations.
Only congress can pass a law.
That is why they are criminal acts.
But, but, arm braces are a real threat to the Republic! Or is it just another registration scheme, so they can be collected later. Being older, half deaf and half blind, I sold all my guns at a gun show several years ago, or was it a boating accident, I don’t remember!

even if it did, dont pay attention to it whatsoever. all the laws these evil lizards are trying to pass are all wicked and lawless. screw all of them, you will need your weapons to get rid of the vermin scum who have screwed up our entire nation. two sets of rules won’t hold to much longer for these s- bag communist lizards. to death they will go along with their families.
