Is This the First Opening to Overthrow the Coup?

Open Letter from Retired Generals and Admirals

George Washington's Advice

Our Nation is in deep peril. We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no other time since our founding in 1776. The conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs.supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty.

During the 2020 election an “Open Letter from Senior Military Leaders” was signed by 317 retired Generals and Admirals and, it said the 2020 election could be the most important election since our country was founded. “With the Democrat Party welcoming Socialists and Marxists, our historic way of life is at stake.” Unfortunately, that statement’s truth was quickly revealed, beginning with the election process itself.

Without fair and honest elections that accurately reflect the “will of the people” our Constitutional Republic is lost. Election integrity demands insuring there is one legal vote cast and counted per citizen. Legal votes are identified by State Legislature’s approved controls using government IDs, verified signatures, etc. Today, many are calling such commonsense controls “racist” in an attempt to avoid having fair and honest elections. Using racial terms to suppress proof of eligibility is itself a tyrannical intimidation tactic. Additionally, the “Rule of Law” must be enforced in our election processes to ensure integrity. The FBI and Supreme Court must act swiftly when election irregularities are surfaced and not ignore them as was done in 2020. Finally, H.R.1 & S.1, (if passed), would destroy election fairness and allow Democrats to forever remain in power violating our Constitution and ending our Representative Republic.

Aside from the election, the Current Administration has launched a full-blown assault on our
Constitutional rights in a dictatorial manner, bypassing the Congress, with more than 50 Executive Orders quickly signed, many reversing the previous Administration’s effective policies and regulations. Moreover, population control actions such as excessive lockdowns, school and business closures, and most alarming, censorship of written and verbal expression are all direct assaults on our fundamental Rights. We must support and hold accountable politicians who will act to counter Socialism, Marxism and Progressivism, support our Constitutional Republic, and insist on fiscally responsible governing while focusing on all Americans, especially the middle class, not special interest or extremist groups which are used to divide us into warring factions.

Additional National Security Issues and Actions:

• Open borders jeopardize national security by increasing human trafficking, drug cartels, terrorists entry, health/CV19 dangers, and humanitarian crises. Illegals are flooding our Country bringing high economic costs, crime, lowering wages, and illegal voting in some states. We must reestablish border controls and continue building the wall while supporting our dedicated border control personnel. Sovereign nations must have controlled borders.

• China is the greatest external threat to America. Establishing cooperative relations with the Chinese Communist Party emboldens them to continue progress toward world domination, militarily, economically, politically and technologically. We must impose more sanctions and restrictions to impede their world domination goal and protect America’s interests.

• The free flow of information is critical to the security of our Republic, as illustrated by freedom of speech and the press being in the 1st Amendment of our Constitution. Censoring speech and expression, distorting speech, spreading disinformation by government officials, private entities, and the media is a method to suppress the free flow of information, a tyrannical technique used in closed societies. We must counter this on all fronts beginning with removing Section 230 protection from big tech.

• Re-engaging in the flawed Iran Nuclear Deal would result in Iran acquiring nuclear weapons along with the means to deliver them, thereby upsetting Mideast peace initiatives and aiding a terrorist nation whose slogans and goals include “death to America” and “death to Israel” . We must resist the new China/Iran agreement and not support the Iran Nuclear Deal. In addition, continue with the Mideast peace initiatives, the “Abraham Accords,” and support for Israel.

• Stopping the Keystone Pipeline eliminates our recently established energy independence and causes us to be energy dependent on nations not friendly to us, while eliminating valuable US jobs. We must open the Keystone Pipeline and regain our energy independence for national security and economic reasons.

• Using the U.S. military as political pawns with thousands of troops deployed around the U.S. Capitol Building, patrolling fences guarding against a non-existent threat, along with forcing Politically Correct policies like the divisive critical race theory into the military at the expense of the War Fighting Mission, seriously degrades readiness to fight and win our Nation’s wars, creating a major national security issue. We must support our Military and Vets; focus on war fighting, eliminate the corrosive infusion of Political Correctness into our military which damages morale and war fighting cohesion.

• The “Rule of Law” is fundamental to our Republic and security. Anarchy as seen in certain cities cannot be tolerated. We must support our law enforcement personnel and insist that DAs, our courts, and the DOJ enforce the law equally, fairly, and consistently toward all.

• The mental and physical condition of the Commander in Chief cannot be ignored. He must be able to quickly make accurate national security decisions involving life and limb anywhere, day or night. Recent Democrat leadership’s inquiries about nuclear code procedures sends a dangerous national security signal to nuclear armed adversaries, raising the question about who is in charge. We must always have an unquestionable chain of command.

Under a Democrat Congress and the Current Administration, our Country has taken a hard left turn toward Socialism and a Marxist form of tyrannical government which must be countered now by electing congressional and presidential candidates who will always act to defend our Constitutional Republic. The survival of our Nation and its cherished freedoms, liberty, and historic values are at stake.

We urge all citizens to get involved now at the local, state and/or national level to elect political
representatives who will act to Save America, our Constitutional Republic, and hold those currently in office accountable. The “will of the people” must be heard and followed.

I was cautiously encouraged until I read the concluding paragraph:

“We urge all citizens to get involved now at the local, state and/or national level to elect political representatives who will act to Save America, our Constitutional Republic, and hold those currently in office accountable.”

What incredible nonsense. We’re decades past the Soap Box, Ballot Box and Jury Box.

If you believe those who counted the last election, more than half of the country voted to put the communists in office.

I agree with you, Hans. What really gets to me is my conservative friends who keep talking about taking back the house in ’22 and the Presidency in ’24. HELLO! The 2020 election was rigged for the left, why would they think it will not happen again UNLESS, there is voter integrity in every state. Sadly, I’m not holding my breath.

I don’t disagree with that. I was just pointing out that just a mere 6 months ago it happened and it has almost been forgotten. Kind of like “you know, the thing…”

Racheal Maddow reminds her viewers almost daily about the conspiracy of Arizona vote scrutiny taking place now in Maricopa County. The DOJ hasn’t forgotten, continuing to file TRO’s to stop it. Denied!
50 million people who download and watch Warroom have not and will not forget what happened on Nov. 3rd. Or how Fauci lied after funding the GOF at Wuhan along with his cohort Racheal Barric at UNC as well.

And wow we got a whole 371 military to sign it? France has over 220,000 military sign theirs!

At least these patriots had the backbone to write it, sign it and hope it would reach those still in doubt about our real peril. Not naive enough to think it will be read or taken seriously by those who have drunk the Kool aid but..
They can say “ we warned you!”

I’ll go out on that limb,
Who would lead it? I thought Gen. Flynn might have acted with our president if he’d taken Stewart Rhodes advice in December. Is there communication between different county and state militia’s? No? Is the domestic terrorism that Merrick Garland espouses from his NSA surveillance of a national network of committees of correspondence?
I believe the reality is patriot groups in small units will only react when sitting on our thumbs will is no longer an option to remain free. Then unorganized, divided and defeated peace meal by the new Marxist army..

.Nothing short of door to door gun searches or an ammo ban would get anyone to act maybe not even that and most of them would just bury guns an never use them.
Taking power or even trying is useless since Americans have no common goals and are unwilling to even discuss the idea of common goals. Last time I suggested that online, just talk all nice and legal I think the word that was used was “collectivist.” as a curse word. So I am a Red because I think we have to have things in common. Uh Huh.
This is because US has no identity as a real nation unlike the French. Its an economic partnership, a union of These United States that no longer works since it mutated into an empire.
Fundamentally Americans are weak, atomized, scared of the flu and hell scared of their own shadows and lack even the basic notions of what kind of society they want.
Now that it lacks a common ethnic bond, a common religion or common values, its only held together by inertia and fear.
And no “the Constitution” doesn’t count. There is no single unified enforced interpretation of that document.
The French like most Europeans know who they are, who is French as who is not and know what lines not to cross.
Also the French despite our surrender monkey memes are far braver and far more more ready willing and able to organize for a common goal.
We have nothing like the Yellow Vests, a pro civic group capable of nationwide action. The closest we get Antifa and BLM which at least act even if its bad and they have dumb goals.
The French probably want “Shoot the globalists , kick the non French out, stop more immigration, un-poz the culture a bit” They can get that too and will bleed for it .
When we figure out how to discuss what we want and would bleed for or at least the idea of splitting up the country and fighting it out later, we can maybe make headway.
Otherwise a bunch of Civ Nats saying vote harder is about as good as it is going to get until either enough people snap, the system just dies or trad America is annihilated.

Disturbing and important detail that needs to be said. Thanks.
Patriots willing to stand their ground are still meeting and preparing where I live. The 2nd Amendment sanctuary movement in Va. spawned unorganized militia formations in many of our counties.Have NC counties done likewise?
I lived in Albemarle area, Stanley County for five years. Don’t think all those folks would bury their guns.
This platform is a place to establish communication between patriots, encrypted mail that could start the committee of correspondence. There are radio free folks from AmRRON everywhere. $40 Corps members can safely contact others in their area. Radio operators, patriot nets.

It is a disclaimer for acting without violence through our democratic processes. If the nation becomes more Balkanized, each locality will be left with governing themselves.

We do need to control our border but want to solve the problem? Cut off the welfare state and watch the leeches flee. Make it against the law to hire anyone who is not a citizen (with crazy fines and jail time) and they get no help. Cut off all H1B and H2B visas until our unemployment is under zero. If you are getting any kind of government assistance, let them do those jobs.

• China is the greatest external threat to America. Establishing cooperative relations with the Chinese Communist Party emboldens them to continue progress toward world domination, militarily, economically, politically and technologically. We must impose more sanctions and restrictions to impede their world domination goal and protect America’s interests.

So should we give more money to the MIC? How about we fix our problems at home and stop being the world’s policemen? I really don’t care how China is treating their population; that’s their problem to fix. We can’t even fix the communist problem IN OUR OWN COUNTRY yet we need to fix it in another country across the globe?

• Re-engaging in the flawed Iran Nuclear Deal would result in Iran acquiring nuclear weapons along with the means to deliver them, thereby upsetting Mideast peace initiatives and aiding a terrorist nation whose slogans and goals include “death to America” and “death to Israel” . We must resist the new China/Iran agreement and not support the Iran Nuclear Deal. In addition, continue with the Mideast peace initiatives, the “Abraham Accords,” and support for Israel.

See my answer above.

“Is This the First Opening to Overthrow the Coup?”
Nope, not even close.

1776

Well, that’s great.
But apparently the lack of American History education runs deep.
“We” are not “a Republic.” No more than we are “a Democracy.”
We are a Federation, consisting of 50 separate Nation-States, each with a “republic-an” form of government as guaranteed by the three Constitutions. Words mean things. “Republican” is a form of government. A “Republic” is another. We are “50 Nations under Heaven.”
Rome was “a Republic,” and that did not go well.
But, on the whole, it is a positive indicator that the military (even the retired brass) is realizing that they have failed to do their jobs for the past 150 years (safeguarding the States and People, rather than their own employment contracts).
First step would be to march into the Congressional Rotunda and fix the flag, since a flag hanging downward indicates “struck,” or “surrendered.”
Basic, simple things first.

As much as people hate hearing this..

https://www.educatedinlaw.org/2019/02/united-states-is-a-federal-corporation-says-u-s-code-title-28/

‘United States’ is a Federal corporation, says U.S. Code, Title 28
As used in this chapter:
(15) “United States” means—
(A) a Federal corporation;
(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or
(C) an instrumentality of the United States.

https://www.federaljack.com/slavery-by-consent-the-united-states-corporation/
Since the Act of 1871 which established the District of Columbia, we have been living under the UNITED STATES CORPORATION which is owned by certain international bankers and aristocracy of Europe and Britain.

In 1871 the Congress changed the name of the original Constitution by changing ONE WORD — and that was very significant as you will read.

Some people do not understand that ONE WORD or TWO WORDS difference in any “legal” document DO make the critical difference. But, Congress has known, and does know, this.

1871, February 21: Congress Passes an Act to Provide a Government for the District of Columbia, also known as the Act of 1871.

With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress creates a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, a ten mile square parcel of land (see, Acts of the Forty-first Congress,” Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62).

The act — passed when the country was weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War — was a strategic move by foreign interests (international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the coffers and neck of America.

Congress cut a deal with the international bankers (specifically Rothschilds of London) to incur a DEBT to said bankers. Because the bankers were not about to lend money to a floundering nation without serious stipulations, they devised a way to get their foot in the door of the United States.

The Act of 1871 formed a corporation called THE UNITED STATES. The corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shoved the original Constitution into a dustbin. With the Act of 1871, the organic Constitution was defaced — in effect vandalized and sabotage — when the title was capitalized and the word “for” was changed to “of” in the title.

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the constitution of the incorporated UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

It operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it governs the Republic. It does is not!

Capitalization is NOT insignificant when one is referring to a legal document. This seemingly “minor” alteration has had a major impact on every subsequent generation of Americans.

What Congress did by passing the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia, an INCORPORATED government. This newly altered Constitution was not intended to benefit the Republic. It benefits only the corporation of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and operates entirely outside the original (organic) Constitution.
Instead of having absolute and unalienable rights guaranteed under the organic Constitution, we the people now have “relative” rights or privileges. One example is the Sovereign’s right to travel, which has now been transformed (under corporate government policy) into a “privilege” that requires citizens to be licensed.

By passing the Act of 1871, Congress committed TREASON against the People who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution.

The Act of 1871 became the FOUNDATION of all the treason since committed by government officials.

Not EVEN retired, ONLY retired. That’s a big problem. That means for the active military retirement or advancement means more than the oath they swore.

From above: During the 2020 election an “Open Letter from Senior Military Leaders” was signed by 317 retired Generals and Admirals and, it said the 2020 election could be the most important election since our country was founded.

In 1964 a Supreme Court ruling allowed for the Congress and President to use the commerce clause to open the wound using the numerous federal aid to families, welfare etc. and state sovereignty was destroyed. Madison in Federalist #46 defined the contract separation which protected the states but when the southern states resumed their authority the federal/national government declared war on them. Texas case in 1866 declared secession unconstitutional. There are a few states, Oklahoma comes to mind, that have passed nullification acts to protect the gun rights of their citizens. Texas, Arizona and New Mexico should ban together and close their southern borders. Doubt many border patrol agents would balk but the federal government would most likely send troops to stop the action. Florida is setting the standard for state sovereignty, 10th Amendment actions.

Useless Talkings. These Perfumed Princes of the Pentagram didn’t do sh*t to Correct the Problem when they were in Active Service. They won’t to sh*t Now, because they will Lose their Pensions, and Pay form the ‘military-industrial complex’.
In France, the Generals basically called for Civil War, and Increasing numbers of Officers and Enlisted are saying that the Military will ‘back up’ the People to Restore the Republic, and Expel the afro-musloid ‘Immivasion’.
IMO, these Retired ‘officers’ Failed to uphold their Oath, Failed the Republic and the People. They can get in Line to the Woodchippers, after the ‘politicians’ and their Owners.
