🚨 Did you know? 🚨

No federal judge has a lifetime appointment—because “lifetime appointment” is NOWHERE in the Constitution!
🔎 Article III, Section 1 says judges hold office only “during good behavior.” That means their position is conditional—not guaranteed for life!

Tell that first frigg’in judge TAR and FEATHERS mean what ‘We the People’ says they mean.
Time to eject the entire DC circuit of treasonous lawyers.
Puny little gods.
“The first thing we do, we kill all the lawyers”. William Shakespeare
I would add judges to that.
Yeah,that’s where the learned/came from
Excellent! Well said!
I love her!
This is all well and fine. Now try and find the testicular fortitude in Congress to actually remove any of these rancid dog turds for cause, and you’ll see the problem. So, we continue to let the pressure build until….something breaks loose. And something will break loose, which is the essence of pretty much all comments I’ve made recently on the matter of these judges who are placing their authority above all others. Intrinsic failures caused by subversives inside the gates do not get settled procedurally by official means, because they control the official means to their benefit. Their impositions continue to get ever more intolerable until a better and more determined type of subversive decides to beat them at their own game.
Kind of a game of rock, paper, scissors, but with much higher stakes. That’s how these snafus involving hopeless institutional rot always end up getting dealt with. No real point in talking about it either, as one day it will just happen, when the blister is finally ripe for popping. Sometimes it arrives as a military coup, sometimes a citizen uprising, and occasionally a thermidorian reaction. Just know that it goes on until it can’t anymore.
Very well said Thermidorian Reaction.
I noticed Schumer decided to cancel his book signing tour. Something about his fellow Jacobians seeking to harm him.
Paging Maximilien Robespierre to the lobby courtesy phone, Paging Maximilien Robespierre…
The problem is Max was undone by the same system he created. I prefer the Vito Corleone approach: 1) “I’ll make him an offer he can’t refuse.” 2) “No one can reason with this man!”. 3) “Revenge is a dish best supped cold.” Bleib ubrig.
Schumer has always been a filthy sleezy dirty Ashkenazi Khazarian anti-Christ jew even when I resided in New York City in the early 1970’s. One big sleaze bag when he was a congressman for his sleezy district. We remember him all too well.
And the only mechanism for removing judges who are not sitting “during good conduct” is impeachment. With two thirds of the Senate required for impeachment trial and conviction removal is essentially impossible. Thus these leftist black robed pirates operate with impunity. The ONLY method left to remove them is to thoroughly investigate them and if ANY criminal act is discovered charge, arrest and try them.
Isn’t it interesting that states have the right and ability to call a constitutional convention per by Article V of The Constitution, yet, a single corrupt judge can essentially defy the will of the people and state governments without facing significant consequences.
Seems like an imbalance of power to me. Yeah, an article V is a difficult thing to accomplish, but it provides the states an opportunity to reign in a corrupt federal government. By contrast, the states have NO remedy against federal judges.
This needs to change.
