It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Venezuela

This is a picture of the cat food aisle at the Murphy, NC Ingles today. While the government and the media continue to spew forth their propaganda, the reality of Socialism is seen everywhere by regular people. The price of food, gas, automobiles and housing have devastated the middle class.

But America is at full employment:

Despite last Friday’s mixed unemployment report which saw a huge miss in payrolls but also indicated that the US unemployment rate had tumbled to just 4.2% (below the lowest estimate) from 4.6%, it remains well above the pre-covid levels in the very low 3%-range. However, according to Bank of America Chief Executive Officer Brian Moynihan, this may be as good as it gets. Speaking in a wide-ranging interview with Bloomberg television, Moynihan said that the U.S. economy is now at full employment, adding that supply-chain problems are beginning to normalize slowly. We agree with the former, and disagree with the latter. The CEO also said that inflation is “no longer up for debate” in the U.S., and reining in the problem will be “hard work.”

The consequences of two generations of public school indoctrination, cancel culture and unchecked political power have now come home to roost. Traitors stole the 2020 elections using the same software as Venezuela did. In less than one year after the fall of the Republic, the United States has devolved into Socialism with all of its “rewards”.

The enemy may have won for now but

Yea I can say from experience that America is a communist shithole. We will soon be in a bread line, with all the rest of the percs that go along with it.

They know they need to tighten the noose slowly, the shithole is here they want to keep the dissent to a minimum. You will be begging for that bag of rice soon enough.

Yes, But… Murphy, NC is at the End of the Line. Trucking in from the East via Asheville or Spartanburg, SC is a haul, from the south via Georgia is a ways from Atlanta, and West from Tennessee is “Twisty”.
Road Transport is better than 50 years ago, but the Mountains are still there, and there are many more mouths to feed.

Just a thought, some one should start correlating some data and see if Red States are affected more. I live in NorCal. What shortage?

Yes, Shortages seem wide spread and sporadic. cat food and dog food the most often effected. i am in the Midwest, red state.
Any one look into reason for pet-food shortages?
David, how were the people food isles?
i refuse to think the enemy is ‘winning.’ This is not so. No matter the outcome only one side wins. we should strive to be in that camp and His tent every day!
This is not as of yet Venezuela.

I have local pictures from back in lock-down 1 Point 0 that are worse than the pic above… back when “patriot groups/blogs” were failing at Psyops 101 and flailing in line with OMG the Cooties narrative.

Currently living in Jersey City New Jersey. I can tell you firsthand that canned cat food is the hardest thing to find in this area.

I shop at Ingles in the Mountains close to Murphy. The picture needs to be taken in context though. I see holes in the shelves all the time. It’s generally when something goes on sale. Groceries are a bit more expensive here so when stuff goes on sale it disappears quickly. Most items are plentiful but more expensive. Not to say that couldn’t change in a heartbeat. At any given time we’re 9 meals, (3 days) away from complete anarchy.

I live in NW AZ I have not as yet seen the shortages as I did with the initial two week lock down when people were buying up all essentials.

Another tool the communists have used with great success is trust, they want you not to trust anyone or anything. There snitch programs are designed just for that purpose. I say we need a platform based around the old magazine, soldier of fortune. With all the military discharges for not taking the kill shot we would have a long line of applicants.

First is last, last is first?
As we watch the Nations crumble and seemingly forget our many blessings, Remember He has Great reasoning and Wisdom in all of this!
And yes it is never to late to Stand up for Right over wrong. Good over evil
Remember there are always consequences.
◄ Matthew 20:16 ►
So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.
Matthew Henry’s Concise Commentary

20:1-16 The direct object of this parable seems to be, to show that though the Jews were first called into the vineyard, at length the gospel should be preached to the Gentiles, and they should be admitted to equal privileges and advantages with the Jews. The parable may also be applied more generally, and shows, 1. That God is debtor to no man. 2. That many who begin last, and promise little in religion, sometimes, by the blessing of God, arrive at a great deal of knowledge, grace, and usefulness. 3. That the recompense of reward will be given to the saints, but not according to the time of their conversion. It describes the state of the visible church, and explains the declaration that the last shall be first, and the first last, in its various references. Till we are hired into the service of God, we are standing all the day idle: a sinful state, though a state of drudgery to Satan, may be called a state of idleness. The market-place is the world, and from that we are called by the gospel. Come, come from this market-place. Work for God will not admit of trifling. A man may go idle to hell, but he that will go to heaven, must be diligent. The Roman penny was sevenpence halfpenny in our money, wages then enough for the day’s support. This does not prove that the reward of our obedience to God is of works, or of debt; when we have done all, we are unprofitable servants; but it signifies that there is a reward set before us, yet let none, upon this presumption, put off repentance till they are old. Some were sent into the vineyard at the eleventh hour; but nobody had hired them before. The Gentiles came in at the eleventh hour; the gospel had not been before preached to them. Those that have had gospel offers made them at the third or sixth hour, and have refused them, will not have to say at the eleventh hour, as these had, No man has hired us. Therefore, not to discourage any, but to awaken all, be it remembered, that now is the accepted time. The riches of Divine grace are loudly murmured at, among proud Pharisees and nominal Christians. There is great proneness in us to think that we have too little, and others too much of the tokens of God’s favour; and that we do too much, and others too little in the work of God. But if God gives grace to others, it is kindness to them, and no injustice to us. Carnal worldlings agree with God for their penny in this world; and choose their portion in this life. Obedient believers agree with God for their penny in the other world, and must remember they have so agreed. Didst not thou agree to take up with heaven as thy portion, thy all; wilt thou seek for happiness in the creature? God punishes none more than they deserve, and recompenses every service done for him; he therefore does no wrong to any, by showing extraordinary grace to some. See here the nature of envy. It is an evil eye, which is displeased at the good of others, and desires their hurt. It is a grief to ourselves, displeasing to God, and hurtful to our neighbours: it is a sin that has neither pleasure, profit, nor honour. Let us forego every proud claim, and seek for salvation as a free gift. Let us never envy or grudge, but rejoice and praise God for his mercy to others as well as to ourselves.

I wonder…are there really shortages, or are things engineered to look that way? I know of 2, one for certain, food subscription services that “rescue” foods the supermarkets throw away for any number of reasons, and sell them via their company, for home delivery. It started with just produce the stores wouldn’t stock because it wasn’t perfect looking. They have now branched into packaged goods, dairy, meats/fish. Seems to me somethings “off” if there are enough cast-off groceries to create a large and thriving food sales and home delivery business. Are they attempting to dupe the populace again? I mean, it worked so well with the non-existent V thing. Just sayin’.

At some point Americans will stand up to tyranny. But the pain and suffering are not yet enough to prompt it. We don’t have long, more pain is coming. And of course, the day they try disarming us will be the day an unimaginable war breaks out.

Here in the police state of Ohio the cat food shelves have been nearly bare off and on for several months . We usually buy Meijers cat food because it’s cheap and the many farm cats here in these hills love it . Too often I am forced to go elsewhere to get the cooters food. Ruralking has so far been the only place to consistently keep it in stock . Will the country fall completely apart before we get started on the 2nd civil war ? Is it too late ? If so we will be fighting for vengeance instead of liberty . That’s good enough for me .

Full employment? Right. All the folks who worked at all the businesses that closed are working elsewhere now? Nah, not buying it.
