Interesting guy, and I completely emphasize with him, knowing exactly where he is coming from. He is so frustrated with the human species he has no words to explain that frustration. Completely disenchanted with the lack of moral guidance and total lack of consideration with his neighbors. It’s happening more and more all over the world as others more and more “insist” on everyone meeting their criteria for living life.
It has happened in the recent past, those times they were called Mountain Men, and considered outcasts. Modern term is Deplorable underling dirt people. I’m old now and have spent the majority of my life in this exact mode, having to devise workarounds in order to maintain some semblance of a comfortable life. But this recent wuhan BS has driven me over the edge.

“…having to devise workarounds…”. I’m laughing because I’m still in many ways, doing that. 💞 A gentle hug for you.

My heart feels with this man, and anyone else who identifies with what he’s saying.
Oh, for a yurt in a mountain meadow clearing adjacent to forest, with gardens and chickens, near a pond. I think, though, that we are not going to be left alone. These are the times of revealing (apocalypse), and evil can only reveal itself by “bothering” we humans. There is so much more to what is happening than we can imagine, as well as the tools and the perpetrators…again, generally beyond our imagination, comprehension. Horror can visit any of us at any time, moreso now than likely any other time in our known history. As they say, “Get right with God.” THAT will be our comfort. If one doesn’t believe in God, I suppose… Search your own heart for what is true. As it is also said, when faced with horrific circumstances in his town after returning from a battle, “David encouraged himself in the Lord [God].”
God made every thing and every thing is in its place -- even horrific things. Acceptance is a hard thing sometimes. Balance is key.
Thank you for reading.
Lovingly and caringly submitted.
