this is going nowhere because the republicans do not control the DOJ which is the group that must bring felony charges against him, and then the congress needs to bring impeachment hearings against him as well, but don’t hold your breath on this, it won’t happen.
All these hearing and investigations do is to generate political-smoke and absolutely no fire. Nothing ever comes out of these proceedings. It’s all for show. Either side. Zip. The GOP wonks in congress and in the senate are just kabuki actors, going through highly staged and ritualized motions and gestures. Hasn’t anyone figured this out yet?
And yet if I an old man retired step out of line through word or deed can expect FBI knocking down my door. One thing I have learned in my 67 years is how rotten and corrupt these 50 States are.
